Step 1: Click the “Join Now” button on the top right of the website or app and follow the prompts to create an account:

BetRivers.com uses a KYC (know your customer) service to verify the identity of patrons based on the information they use to
register. The KYC service requires the last 4 numbers to ensure accurate verification and to make sure the person registering is
who they say they are. Please note: all information submitted is completely safe, protected, encrypted, and secure.
How does BetRivers.com verify the information that a patron submits?
BetRivers uses a KYC (know your customer) service to verify the identity of patrons based on the information they use to
register. This ensures that the information submitted is correct and matches the KYC database. A small number of patrons may
fail the KYC process during registration due to several reasons (for example: a recent move, using a nickname, a typo in the
information submitted, not entering their full middle name, or a recent marriage). At that point, BetRivers.com will request
documents from the patron in order to manually verify their account. Patrons will be prompted to upload the requested
documents within the app or website. Please note: all information submitted is completely safe, protected, encrypted, and
secure.

Is there a BetRivers iOS app for Michigan?
Currently, there is no iOS app for BetRivers.com Michigan however, we expect one to be released sometime in 2021.

Yes. Patrons can utilize their iOS device mobile browsers (typically safari) to wager the same way they would with an app.

How do patrons download the BetRivers.com mobile app on an Android device?
Due to Google not allowing casino apps in the google play store, to install our MI mobile application on an Android phone,
patrons simply navigate to our website using their mobile browser and click the large 'Download Now' button. The download will begin automatically. A direct download link can be found in the BetRivers.com Help Center
here: https://helpcenter.mi.betrivers.com/. Here are instructions on how to install the Android app once you have downloaded the app link
- Go to the main "Settings" menu
Tap on the image of the "Gear" on your Android mobile device to begin the process. - Tap on "Security" settings.
Note: the name of this "Security" menu may vary (e.g. "Lock screen and security", "Location & Security") - Enable "Unknown sources"

Geolocation:
Per state regulations, patrons must be located within the state borders of Michigan to wager on the BetRivers.com Michigan
Sportsbook & Casino website or app. However, due to regulatory statutes, patrons cannot place wagers while geo-located
within the boundaries of tribal lands. Patrons are able access their account, deposit or request a withdraw outside of the state
of MI, however, will be unable to wager when out of Michigan state boundaries. We utilize a software called Geocomply which
uses geo-fencing to locate a customer within a specific state’s borders while wagering.
On mobile devices, customers should have Wi-Fi and location services enabled to be geo located and able to wager. A proxy or
VPN connection or utilizing a hotspot to connect will not allow a customer to geo locate and they will be unable to wager.
On desktop or laptop computers, Wi-Fi must also be enabled, and landline connections are not permitted. Geocomply also has
the authority to blacklist patrons for using “spoofing” applications within their devices.
iOS Geolocation and GeoGuard:
While we await approval of our iOS app in Michigan, iOS users can still play on our site. While on Safari, patrons can go to
mi.betrivers.com. They will then be prompted to download an additional geolocation app called GeoGuard. A couple tips for a
more successful geolocation status:
- Have WiFi turned on. Even if the patron is not connected to a wireless network, it will help geolocate them based
off proximity to local wireless networks. - If patrons are having trouble geolocating, they can open the default maps application and press the arrow, which
retrieves their exact location, as if they’re about to type in directions. - When logging on, go to Safari first, and then let Safari open GeoGuard. This will allow for a better user
What can patrons view when out of state?
When patrons are out of state, they have access to the my account pages, withdrawal, and deposit pages. They can deposit and
withdrawal from out of state however, they are not able to view their bets, place sports bets, “buy out” any of their unsettled
wagers, or play any casino games while out of state.
What information is available in a patrons account?
Patrons can track everything within their account separated by different categories: Bonuses, Sports Bonuses, Sports Betting
History, My Account, My Profile, My Bonuses, My Rewards, Bonus Store, Statements, and Responsible Gaming. Patrons can also
edit three fields: Email, Address, and Mobile Number
Under the My Account Tab, patrons can upload / view all requested documentation, edit security passwords & questions, and
edit certain preferences geared toward the patron.
What methods are available for a patron to deposit money onto their account?
Once logged in, patrons can access the cashier button at the top right of the website of app to deposit funds to their
BetRivers.com account. BetRivers.com offers the following deposit methods.

How does a patron withdrawal money from their account?
All withdrawals must be submitted through the application and reviewed prior to approval. Withdrawals are generally
completed within 3 business days.

- ACH / Check (1 – 5 business days once approved)
- Check by Mail (10 – 14 business days)

What taxes are patrons responsible for online?
A taxable slot win must be at least $1200. A taxable winning sports or table game bet must be both at least $600 and 300x your
wager. If these conditions are satisfied, a W-2g form will be uploaded onto the patrons account at the beginning of tax season.
If a patron has more than one taxable win, they will only have one W-2g showing their cumulative qualifying wins. The only
time we will withhold the requisite taxes from a patron’s winnings is if their taxable win is over $500 and 300x their bet. Our
system will automatically withhold 24% of their winnings for Federal taxes. This will be reflected on their W-2g. W-2g's are
automatically loaded onto patron account at the end of January if they have a taxable win. They will be able to access them by
going to My Account >> Statements.
Does BetRivers.com charge any transaction fees?
BetRivers will never a fee when depositing or withdrawing. Standard bank/credit overdraft fees might occur if the account does
not have the money to cover the deposited amount.
Does BetRivers.com offer anything bonuses for new registrants?
Yes! Patrons that register for a BetRivers.com account receive a 100% deposit match bonus up to $250 on their first deposit by

Which games use bonus cash and which games use real money funds?
If patrons have an active bonus, the only wagers that will use real money funds over bonus cash are roulette, baccarat, and
sports bets in which the odds are -200 or greater.
Do patrons earn rewards at Little River Casino while playing online?
Although possible in the future, there is currently no correlation between the online BetRivers.com loyalty program and the
Little River loyalty program. We hope to have this ability integrated very soon.
What is the BetRivers.com Loyalty Program?
BetRivers.com registrants are automatically entered into the iRush Rewards loyalty program once they register. The
BetRivers.com iRush Rewards program has 10 levels that patrons achieve by wagering real money and earning Loyalty Level
