CHARITY EVENT RULES

• Must be an eligible LRCR Player’s Club Member – membership is free.
• Must be present to win.
• Players must not be permanently or temporarily restricted or listed under the “restrictions” noted at the bottom of this document.
• Maximum 300 total participants.
• $50 entry fee.
• Players may re-enter with an additional $50 fee anytime throughout the tournament.
• All proceeds will be donated to Lake Bluff Farms non-profit ID# 30-1120161
• Free meet and greet open to the public.
• Cash prizes will be paid out following the regular LRCR payout process.
• Giveaway Prizes are awarded via random drawing selection throughout the event. One drawing entry per participant per each $50 entry fee.
•  Drawing tickets awarded go into a fishbowl/drawing drum for a manual random drawing during the event to be conducted by tournament staff for all enrolled participants during any given session.
• Drawing prizes are to be claimed prior to the completion of the last tournament session, any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn following the last tournament session to determine a winner.
• Cash awards based on ranking highest session score.
• Registration will be located at the promotion booth, next to the tournament slot machines.
• Players can reserve a session starting at 12 Noon at the promotion’s booth.
• An event representative will register the players and assign them to a slot machine.
• The player once assigned to the slot machine will wait for the session to begin and hit the play button to accumulate as many points as they can in their 3-minute session.
• Tournament software will rank and score each completed session.
• (1) 3-minute session every ten minutes.
• 12 games per session
• Sessions 1pm - 5pm
• Machine malfunctions give the participant an option to keep their current round score or waive that score.
• Waiving the score will result in playing a round do over session for a complete session score.
• Ties will result in a playoff session to determine winners.
• Tournament software will rank and score each completed session.
• LRCR reserves the right to deny participants, and to change, modify or cancel the promotion without notice.
• Any dispute in this promotion must be directed to the Director of Gaming & Marketing and Table Games Manager.

LRCR Employees and LRBOI Elected Officials eligible to game in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulation, Chapter 20 Prohibitions on Gaming are prohibited from participating in promotions, drawings, or promotional drawings and tournaments.
